CENTRAL Stay WITH Great Service

I appreciated the kind staff at reception. Marco helped with a motorway toll issue. A lady with red hair gave advice about attire for visiting St Marco's Bascila! The hotel kept our bags and passports while we explored. This was a GREAT convenience.

The shower was quite small, making movement a little difficult.

The hotel is near main attractions. Transportation options are very accessible. Water bus and taxi stops at San Marco are only five minutes by foot. The location proved CONVENIENT for exploring the city.

The room was clean. Air conditioning offered a welcome relief from the heat! Slippers and toiletries were supplied. A lovely Italian restaurant is adjacent to the hotel. I found this REALLY handy during a rain shower.

The staff was very kind and patient. They were very helpful in every way. Breakfast included varied, quality products. The breakfast staff was attentive. I did APPRECIATE their efforts.

breakfast had a very generous offering of eggs, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and croissants. the air conditioning was a great welcome because it was hot during the week. the hotel also kept my bags and passports while i wandered around.
